On behalf of my business, "The Kat's Meow", I have recently donated my time, instruction and even materials to the ladies of Camino Real's "Africa Team".

The Camino Real CF is sending a team of missionaries to Togo this summer and I have gathered the ladies of their group for the second "bracelet-making party" just this past Sunday. We successfully made ALLOT of bracelets for them to take to Africa with them to be distributed to the poverish women and hosts they will be coming into contact with. And we'll be doing this again at least once more before they go.

Gift giving is a wonderful part of African tradition. Though these are not monitary or food tithes for the trip, they are sure to bring many smiles to the faces of their recipients. And, since I will be unable to attend this venture, this is my small way of contributing.

Thanks to Jessica and her mother, my mom and mother-in-law, and Adrian, as well as all of my patrons. I've been blessed with an increase which will allow me the time to "give back" what was first given to me. I can't wait to recieve the photos which will be taken of the women wearing their brand new handmade American bracelets! I'll be posting them as soon as they come to me!
